Comments:
The seat is now 24 years old and is showing its age. Moss is obscuring the crest in the concrete paving, there is moss in the seat slats and the plastic plaque is curling, split and the screws are rusted. A thorough clean and re-stain of concrete and wood would make the seat presentable again. A new plaque could be made. As it is at present, the seat is not in a condition that people would want to sit on it.
