Comments:
The Streatham Hill Congregational Church, Brixton Hill, was demolished and replaced by a smaller church on the same site in 1982. That building is now the Brixton Hill URC. IWM says of the WW1 memorial (WMO271152) 'AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO REMOVE THE TABLETS BUT THEY CRUMBLED'. As 'tablets' is plural, this seems to indicate that the WW2 tablet was also lost.
