Good bordering on Fair. I didn't get a close up look or photos as it was occupied by a lady in full flow on the phone. The plaque was nice and shiny, the black paintwork was fine. Only the top rung of the back of the seat needed a coat of varnish, no doubt because of its position directly below a tree.
