Although the memorial looks fine in the photo, I am reporting it as Poor to alert WMT Conservation to the point that the memorial is now apparently standing against a fence in a little used cemetery with the adjacent church now a residential property. Further investigation regarding the security of the memorial is needed though at least it was designed to be external.
