Comments:
Inscriptions have lost definition and lettering is very hard to read. The letters are reported on the IWM website to have been painted in black, originally, but the paint has almost disappeared. A piece of stone has broken off the base and is placed on the steps. The original stone posts surrounding the memorial were removed an unknown time ago.
