Hounslow Tram Depot at 592 London Road closed in the 1960s (the building is now a storage facility), by when this memorial had already been superseded by WMO/302555 for both wars. What became of the memorial is not known. Its replacement also disappeared for many decades and eventually resurfaced at Fulwell Garage. The pin for this memorial is therefore also at Fulwell rather than Hounslow in hope that it might have been moved along with its successor, or that someone at the Garage may know what happened to it.
