Comments:
The original Victorian church was at the junction of Parkgate Road and Albert Bridge Road. This was demolished in 1967 and a smaller church built in its place (the remainder of the site became housing, St Mary Le Park Court). The new church was eventually declared redundant and sold to Iglesia ni Cristo in 1994. Whether the screen and tablet were transferred to the new church, or if they still survive, is not known.
