Comments:
Confirmation received from the International Brigade Memorial Trust (Charity No 1094928) stating they are the Custodian. The Jubilee Gardens Trust (Charity No 1137514) are responsible for the area immediately surrounding the memorial. London Borough of Lambeth have acknowledged enquiries but have still to reply regarding the listing status and the Conservation Area. The Memorial will remain in a Conservation Area but the boundaries and Area number are under discussion for change. A decision is expected in July 2017.
